That's why we offer a 90-day return and exchange policy, designed to give you peace of mind when selecting a bag that reflects your unique style. Whether it's a custom backpack with your initials or a tote bag with a design that speaks to you, we're here to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
1.Contact Us First: Before sending back your personalized bag, please reach out to our customer service team for approval. Any returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2.90-Day Window: From the day of your purchase, you have 90 days to decide if your bag is just right. If not, we’re here to help with a return or exchange.
3.Condition Requirements: We ask that your bag be returned in its original, unworn condition, free from scratches or signs of wear, and unaltered in any way.
4.Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part(The shipping cost is $10).
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable under our policy. These include:
1.Items exposed to corrosive substances: Products exposed to harsh chemicals that alter their appearance, such as Liquid Silver Polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
2.Misused or improperly cared for products: Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
3.Items returned after 90 days: Any items returned after the 90-day return window.
4.Personalized items: Custom bags with engravings or designs, unless there is an error in personalization.
5.Partial Returns: Items from a set or bundle cannot be partially returned.
6.Returns due to personal preferences: Changes in taste or mind do not qualify for returns.
How to Return or Exchange
1.Contact Us: If your personalized bag isn’t what you expected, contact our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.
2.Pack Your Bag: Carefully place your bag in its original packaging and securely seal the parcel.
3.Mail the Package: Drop off your return at your local post office.
4.Processing Your Return: Once we receive your bag, we’ll process the return or exchange within 5-7 business days. We’ll notify you by email once it’s completed.
Refunds
After your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days upon receiving the returned bag. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable(The shipping cost is $10).
Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn’t appeared, please double-check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
If your personalized bag arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help you through the process.
Shipping
When returning your personalized bag, remember that you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and any refunds issued will have the return shipping fee deducted(The shipping cost is $10). The time it takes to receive an exchanged bag may vary depending on your location.
Special Cases
We’ll reimburse you $10 for return shipping if:
1.You received a bag with the wrong personalization.
2.The bag arrived damaged or defective. (Please contact us within 48 hours if this happens.)
Cancellation Policy
1.Free Cancellation within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
2.Partial Refunds for Later Cancellations: If you cancel your order between 24-48 hours after payment confirmation, you will receive a refund that includes the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.
3.Cancellations After 48 Hours: Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund, which includes the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4.No Cancellations After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
